SOFTSWISS Named Europe’s Employer of the Year 2025 – For the Second Consecutive Year

SOFTSWISS, the global technology provider with a team of more than 2,000 people worldwide, has once again been recognised as Employer of the Year at the SBC Awards Europe 2025. The win, achieved for the second year running, underscores the company’s commitment to a people-first workplace culture.

The SBC Awards Europe celebrate the very best in betting and gaming, recognising excellence across innovation, operations and workplace practices. Securing Employer of the Year two years in a row affirms SOFTSWISS’ standing as one of the industry’s benchmark employers.

SOFTSWISS promotes an inclusive and supportive work environment, investing in both professional and personal development. Over 800 employees have taken part in training programmes, more than 700 have benefited from free language courses, and over 500 have engaged in mental health initiatives.

Employee engagement remains central to the company’s philosophy, supported by initiatives such as Better Together Month, the SOFTSWISS Kids Camp, and the WIN STYLE internal merchandise shop, which has processed nearly 2,000 orders across 24 countries. Wider community projects – including tree planting and animal welfare initiatives – further demonstrate the company’s values in action.

Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, said:

“Winning Employer of the Year for the second year in a row is an incredible honour. It’s proof that when you put people first, results follow – not just for the company, but for the entire industry. But our ambition doesn’t stop here – my personal goal is to make SOFTSWISS the best global employer, comparable to big tech brands like Google. Now we are the first in the industry. It means we’re on the right path and inspires us to keep moving forward.”

One of the year’s highlights was SOFTSWISS Young Fest, a four-day corporate festival on the Mediterranean coast marking the company’s 15th anniversary. Bringing employees together from around the world, the event combined team-building, learning sessions, headline performances and even a DJ set by Founder Ivan Montik, celebrating SOFTSWISS’ culture of openness and creativity.

Liudmila Glasunova, Co-Chief HR Officer at SOFTSWISS, added:

“At SOFTSWISS, we believe that every employee should feel supported, engaged, and empowered to grow – both professionally and personally. This award is not only about the initiatives we’ve launched, but about the daily commitment of our teams to live our values of WE CARE and WE SEE PEOPLE.”

The award jury praised SOFTSWISS not only for its workplace culture but also for the company’s wider contribution to society and the industry. Over the past year, employees planted more than 800 trees, supported animal shelters, and took part in responsible gaming campaigns. The SOFTSWISS Kids Camp in Poland, for example, mixed fun with education, teaching children about global water issues while creating gifts for schools affected by floods in Brazil.

Through continuous investment in employee well-being, SOFTSWISS continues to strengthen its position as a trusted and forward-thinking employer. Its double victory at the SBC Awards Europe demonstrates that building a supportive and empowering workplace is key not only to business success but also to shaping the future of the iGaming sector.
