Flutter Entertainment (FLUT) Exits London Stock Exchange, Consolidates Listing On NYSE

Flutter Entertainment plc has officially completed the cancellation of its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange, making the New York Stock Exchange its sole trading venue.

The cancellation took effect at 08:00 U.K. time on August 3, 2026, marking a significant structural shift for one of the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming companies.

Flutter had previously signalled the move in an announcement made on June 12, 2026, giving shareholders and markets advance notice of the impending delisting.

Both the listing on the Official List of the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market have now been formally cancelled.

Flutter shares trade exclusively on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol FLUT, which rose 2.29% around the time of the announcement.

The company, headquartered in Dublin and with significant operations in New York, described the effective date announcement in a filing distributed via Globe Newswire.

To support shareholders navigating the transition, Flutter has published a set of Frequently Asked Questions on its corporate website addressing common concerns about the change.

Flutter describes itself as the world’s leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, holding market-leading positions in the United States and across multiple international markets.

The company operates a broad portfolio of well-known brands, including FanDuel, Sky Betting & Gaming, Sportsbet, PokerStars, Paddy Power, Sisal, Snai, tombola, Betfair, MaxBet, Junglee Games, Adjarabet, and Betnacional.

Flutter’s strategic ambition centres on what it calls the Flutter Edge, a framework designed to provide its brands with group-wide advantages and competitive benefits across global markets.

The company has also outlined a sustainability framework it calls the Positive Impact Plan, positioning long-term responsible growth as a core pillar of its corporate strategy.

Consolidating on a single primary listing in New York reflects the company’s broader strategic pivot toward U.S. markets, where FanDuel has established a dominant position in the fast-growing American sports betting industry.
