SOFTSWISS, a global tech leader with over 15 years of experience in iGaming, is once again supporting the global Pink October campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer prevention.
The theme of this year’s Pink October campaign at SOFTSWISS is “A Minute Today, a Future Ahead,” which highlights the critical importance of early detection and preventative care. As the most common cancer affecting women, breast cancer has a 99% 5-year relative survival rate when detected early.
To encourage early diagnosis, SOFTSWISS promotes monthly breast self-exams, regular clinical exams, and mammograms. With half of its 2,000 employees being women, the company is reimbursing them for ultrasounds and mammograms throughout October and November.
The Pink October campaign at SOFTSWISS features a variety of activities. In addition to covering medical screenings, the company will host an online webinar on mental health, offering valuable guidance to those affected by the disease. SOFTSWISS women will also participate in a themed race supporting the international charity movement, “Butterfly Support Mission.”
SOFTSWISS employees are personally involved in raising awareness. Prominent female influencers from the company are spreading the campaign message across social media, encouraging vigilance and self-care.
“Health is a crucial value beyond everything. Here, at SOFTSWISS, we aim to help and support our employees’ well-being and health every day. By promoting the Pink October initiative, we want to stress the importance of well-timed self-care and make this issue visible both within the iGaming industry and beyond,” shares Valentina Bagniya, Chief Marketing Officer at SOFTSWISS.
SOFTSWISS’ dedication to employee well-being was recently recognized when the company won “Employer of the Year” at the SBC Awards. This marks the second year that SOFTSWISS has supported the Pink October initiative, further cementing its role as a leader in promoting preventive health measures and fostering community support. Through its efforts, SOFTSWISS aims to inspire employees and society to act today for a healthier tomorrow.
