The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, the largest content hub in the iGaming industry, has achieved a significant milestone by securing Brazilian certification. This makes SOFTSWISS one of the first providers to meet the stringent regulatory requirements set to take effect in Brazil on 1 January 2025.
Under the new regulations, platforms, aggregators, sportsbooks, and providers must undergo certification to operate in the Brazilian market. The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator has successfully completed all necessary preparations, ensuring full compliance to provide seamless and efficient operations for its clients.
In addition to its certification, SOFTSWISS has integrated with some of the world’s leading game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Playtech. These partnerships offer Brazilian players a wide variety of gaming options, from immersive live dealer experiences to engaging slots and table games, catering to a diverse audience.
Recent research conducted by Kantar in November 2024 highlights the Game Aggregator’s strong market reputation, with an overall satisfaction index of 8.1 out of 10. Half of the respondents rated the product a 9 or 10, while customer support services scored an even higher satisfaction level of 8.4 out of 10. The platform also boasts 99.999% uptime, a critical advantage for iGaming operators.
Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, celebrated the achievement:
“According to our information, the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is the first aggregator fully prepared, both technically and legally, to work in Brazil when the new regulations take effect. This is a significant achievement that the team has worked on diligently and systematically.
“Our work doesn’t stop here — we are actively adding new providers to help our clients expand their presence in this promising Brazilian market, which is no longer ‘the sleeping giant’. It has awakened, and SOFTSWISS is at the forefront of this exciting transformation.”
To strengthen its position in Brazil, SOFTSWISS appointed Brazilian Formula 1 legend Rubens Barrichello as a Non-Executive Director earlier this year, demonstrating its commitment to the market. The company also maintains a dedicated team of local business development managers to ensure smooth operations and address client needs effectively.
The SOFTSWISS team will be available to discuss partnerships in Brazil and other markets at ICE Barcelona, the first major iGaming event of 2025, taking place from 20–22 January at stand 2G42. This certification marks an important step in SOFTSWISS’s mission to lead the way in Brazil’s rapidly evolving iGaming landscape.
