Ivan Kraynov Steps Away from Boomerang Partners to Pursue New Investment Ventures

Ivan Kraynov, co-founder of Boomerang Partners, has announced his departure from the company to pursue new investment opportunities across a range of industries. While he steps back, Boomerang Partners – a fast-growing global affiliate and agency brand – is set to maintain its upward momentum by expanding its market share and continuing to push industry boundaries.

Since co-founding Boomerang Partners in 2020, Kraynov has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic vision and steering its growth.

“Looking back over the past five years, I’m truly proud of what we’ve accomplished so far — from forming a brilliant team and launching award-winning campaigns to turning Boomerang into a recognised name in the industry,” said Kraynov.

“I’m grateful to everyone who’s been part of this journey and am now excited to see what the future holds for my new team during our transition into different types of investment opportunities.”

He added:

“I believe one of the most important principles in business is knowing when to shift your focus and let go — and for me, that time is now. I’m moving on to concentrate on other projects where I’m involved as a co-founder or as an investor. I am proud to be leaving Boomerang Partners in the capable hands of true industry leaders.”

Kraynov confirmed his future ventures would span sectors including IT, HoReCa, and other high-growth industries.

Boomerang Partners operates globally as an affiliate programme and direct advertising agency, with a portfolio of over 15 iGaming brands. The company has established a strong market presence through high-profile partnerships, including collaborations with AC Milan and footballer Alisha Lehmann. In 2024, Boomerang introduced the Golden Boomerang Awards – the industry’s first affiliate traffic tournament. This year’s edition has attracted participation from over 400 teams worldwide, underscoring the brand’s scale and recognition across the iGaming landscape.
