Esportes Gaming Brasil, the group behind leading brands Esportes da Sorte and Onabet, has appointed Rita Cunha as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) as part of its strategy to strengthen commercial performance and accelerate data-driven growth across its platforms.
In her new role, Cunha will focus on expanding the group’s organic growth channels, deepening customer relationships, and enhancing the user journey through insight-led decision-making.

Bringing over two decades of experience in e-commerce and digital technology, Cunha has held leadership roles at high-profile companies including PicPay, where she led PicPay Shop, as well as Mosaico (Buscapé), Zoom, Passei Direto, and Match.com. Recognised for her expertise in acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies, she has consistently delivered high-impact results across fast-scaling digital platforms.
