International iGaming software supplier SOFTSWISS has once again demonstrated its commitment to people-first values with the return of its multi-award-winning Summer Kids Camp, hosted this August on the shores of Lake Jeziorsko, Poland.
Now in its second season, the 11-day initiative brought together more than 100 children of SOFTSWISS employees from over 11 countries, blending sport, creativity and early career exploration in a fun, immersive holiday setting. Over 50 activities were delivered — totalling almost 350 hours of programming — including tournaments, creative workshops, speaking clubs and hands-on masterclasses.
A highlight of this year’s camp was the introduction of a gamified ‘coin system’, encouraging children to take initiative, demonstrate teamwork and practise basic economic thinking. Participants earned coins for proactive behaviour and educational achievements, spending their earnings on light-hearted privileges such as ice-cream, music requests or even ‘buying’ the role of PE teacher for an hour.
“The coin system helped teach initiative, responsibility, and teamwork in a fun way – almost like running a small business,” said Hanna Sauchuk, Event Producer at SOFTSWISS.
“One of the most touching moments was when the kids pooled their savings to ‘buy’ a collective sunrise celebration on the final day.”
Last year’s debut camp received international acclaim — winning the Eventex Award 2025 in the Corporate Eventcategory, placing SOFTSWISS alongside major global brands such as Disney, Nike and Netflix.
Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, added:
“For me, this is not just another corporate project — it is one of the most meaningful things we do at SOFTSWISS. It brings our core value ‘We see people’ to life in the most tangible way. We don’t just see professionals at their desks; we see human beings with families, dreams, and passions… When children are happy, their parents shine — and together, we create a stronger, more united community. This is rare in business, and that’s exactly why we are proud to make it happen at the highest quality.”
