Amundi Physical Metals (GLDA) Issues 240,000 New ETC Securities Under Tranche 907 Of Gold Programme

Amundi Physical Metals plc (GLDA) has announced Final Terms dated 28 August 2026 for the issuance of 240,000 new ETC Securities under Tranche 907 of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.

The issuance carries an official issue date of 1 September 2026, pushing total outstanding securities in the series from 75,499,460 to 76,682,268.

Estimated net proceeds for Tranche 907 stand at USD 43,750,464, with a total expense ratio of 0.12% annually applied to cover operational fees.

The securities are structured to give investors exposure to gold price movements without requiring physical delivery of the underlying metal.

Each security entitles holders to 0.03961183 fine troy ounces of gold as of the subscription trade date, down from the initial 0.04 fine troy ounces set at series inception on 23 May 2019.

The gradual reduction in gold entitlement per security reflects the annual 0.12% Total Expense Ratio, which funds fees paid to Amundi Asset Management S.A.S. as adviser.

Gold supporting the ETC Securities is custodied by HSBC Bank plc on an allocated basis in a segregated account at HSBC’s London vault under the issuer’s name.

HSBC Bank plc also serves as metal counterparty, periodically selling portions of gold to cover the ongoing Total Expense Ratio charged to securityholders.

Authorised participants named in the Final Terms include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., Optiver VOF, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, and Virtu Financial Ireland Limited.

These participants are permitted to distribute securities to retail and professional clients subject to applicable jurisdictional restrictions and compliance requirements.

Applications for trading admission of Tranche 907 have been submitted to Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange main market.

The company has also applied for admission to the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange under private placement exemptions of the Ley del Mercado de Valores.

The securities carry ISIN FR0013416716, are denominated in USD, and have a nominal value of USD 5.085 per security, representing 10% of the original issue price from the 2019 series launch.

Amundi Physical Metals plc operates as an Irish special purpose vehicle with total assets of USD 12,393,446,844 and total equity of USD 46,994 as of 31 March 2026.

Securityholders’ recourse is strictly limited to the secured property, primarily the underlying gold, meaning any shortfall after asset realization results in extinguished claims with no further recourse to other issuer assets.

The securities carry a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118, and the Base Prospectus underpinning the programme has received approval from the Central Bank of Ireland.
