Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Projects 13%-17% Revenue Growth And $5B Free Cash Flow By Fiscal 2027

HPE CEO Antonio Neri described the company’s third quarter of fiscal 2026 as a landmark period defined by record financial performance across the business.

Neri credited strong demand and disciplined execution as the twin engines behind the company’s standout results during the quarter.

“We delivered another set of record financial results,” Neri said, underscoring the company’s continued momentum heading into the back half of the fiscal year.

The company is projecting revenue growth of between 13% and 17% for fiscal 2027, a target that signals significant confidence in its near-term business trajectory.

HPE has also set a floor of at least $5 billion in free cash flow for fiscal 2027, a figure that reflects the company’s growing emphasis on capital discipline and shareholder returns.

Neri pointed to artificial intelligence as a central pillar of the company’s long-range growth strategy, describing it as a durable and expanding opportunity rather than a short-term trend.

“AI has become a multiyear growth driver,” Neri said, framing the technology as a structural shift that continues to reshape enterprise demand for HPE’s products and services.

The company’s AI-related infrastructure business has been a key contributor to record results, as enterprise customers accelerate spending on compute and networking capabilities.

HPE operates across a broad portfolio that includes servers, storage, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions, all of which stand to benefit from rising AI adoption among large organizations.

The fiscal 2027 targets represent a meaningful step up from prior guidance levels and suggest that HPE’s leadership team sees sustained momentum carrying well into the next fiscal cycle.

Investors will be watching closely to see whether HPE can convert its AI-driven demand signals into sustained top-line growth and the substantial free cash flow it has promised for the year ahead.
