Investec Bank Discloses Share Dealings In Gooch & Housego Plc Amid Takeover Code Obligations

Investec Bank plc serves as both advisor and broker to Gooch & Housego plc, establishing its connection to the offer under the relevant regulatory framework.

The dealings were undertaken on 12th August 2026, with the formal disclosure published on 13th August 2026 by contact Abhishek Gawde.

Investec purchased 3,289 ordinary shares in Gooch & Housego at a price of 1,216 pence per unit during the dealing period covered by the filing.

On the same date, Investec sold 4,373 ordinary shares in Gooch & Housego at a price of 1,217.5 pence per unit.

No cash-settled derivative transactions were recorded as part of this disclosure, with the relevant sections of the form returning N/A across all fields.

Similarly, no stock-settled derivative transactions, including options of any kind, were entered into during the period covered by this regulatory filing.
